1. Agreement to these terms
By using our website, mobile app or courses, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use House Of Occult. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
2. Who we are and what we offer
House Of Occult Global LLP is a learning platform for the occult sciences, including Tarot, Numerology, Vedic Astrology, Vastu, Palmistry, Akashic Records and Meditation. We offer structured courses, an e-library, guided practice with instructor feedback, a learner dashboard and verified certificates. Our astrology follows the Vedic (Jyotish) and Parashari system.
3. Your account
You must give accurate information when you register and keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. You must be at least 18 years old, or use House Of Occult with the verifiable consent of a parent or guardian.
4. Courses, content and licence
When you enrol, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course material for your own learning. All lessons, videos, posters, text, logos and software belong to House Of Occult Global LLP or its instructors. Course videos are available to stream only and cannot be downloaded. You may not copy, record, resell, share your login or publish our material without written permission.
5. Content you submit
If you submit practice work, feedback, reviews or other content, you keep ownership of it. You give House Of Occult a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display and use it to run the platform, give instructor feedback and improve our courses. We will not use your name or content in our marketing without your permission, and you can ask us to remove it.
6. Fees and payment
Course prices and payment methods are shown when you enrol. Fees are due before access begins unless stated otherwise. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Certificates
A certificate is issued when you complete the course and pass its final assessment. Anyone can verify a certificate on our verification page. We may withdraw a certificate that was obtained by copying, cheating or false information.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform. This includes sharing your account, uploading harmful or unlawful content, harassing others, copying our material, trying to break into our systems, or posing as another person. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
9. Nature of the content: not professional advice
Our courses and tools teach traditional knowledge and are meant for learning, reflection and guidance. They do not promise or guarantee any outcome, and they are not medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters. Remedies such as gemstones, Rudraksha and mantras are traditional practices, not treatments. You are responsible for how you use what you learn, and for treating clients and the people you serve with care and ethics.
10. Our rights over the service
We may update, suspend or discontinue any course or feature, with fair notice where we can. During the prototype stage, content and prices may change.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, House Of Occult Global LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the course concerned. Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer under Indian law.

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version applies once it is published here, with the effective date changed. Continued use means you accept the update.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute by talking. If that fails, it will be heard by the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
